From September 25 to 29 in Hangzhou, OMverse participated for the first time in the Global Digital Trade Expo (GDTE 2025) as one of 16 Vietnamese business representatives in the National Pavilion. This was an opportunity for OMverse to showcase our comprehensive e-commerce solutions while directly connecting with and learning from leading global technology and financial corporations such as Alibaba, Ant Group, Alipay, ByteDance, and Wuchan.
Vietnam’s E-commerce Sector Poised for Breakthrough Growth
In 2025, despite global economic fluctuations, Vietnam’s e-commerce industry continued to record strong growth, reaching 25–27% within just the first eight months of the year and projected to hit 27.67% in Q3. Reports by YouNet ECI and YouNet Media forecast that the industry will maintain a compound annual growth rate of 35% through 2028. In light of this positive outlook, Vietnam’s Ministry of Industry and Trade raised its 2025 growth target to 25.5%, up from the initial forecast of 20–22%.
As e-commerce increasingly becomes a key driver of the digital economy, Vietnam’s presence at GDTE 2025 reinforces the country’s strategic vision on the global trade map, creating opportunities for Vietnamese enterprises and their digital technology products and solutions to expand onto the world stage.

OMverse was one of 16 Vietnamese brand representatives at the GDTE 2025.
By directly engaging with and learning from global partners, the company explored the future of cross-border trade and digital commerce.
With the theme “Digital Trade, Global Access,” GDTE 2025 was the largest edition of the exhibition to date, bringing together participants from 154 countries and regions, along with 1,812 exhibitors, including 381 international companies. The event created valuable opportunities for cross-border networking, collaboration, and knowledge exchange with partners in e-commerce, fintech, AI, and manufacturing industries.

In line with the orientation of “promoting sustainable trade connectivity and enhancing the competitiveness of Vietnamese businesses,” the event provided OMverse with opportunities to meet international partners, strengthen connections, and explore new business opportunities.
At the same time, during the discussion session on the global digital trade ecosystem, OMverse representatives actively shared their perspectives and exchanged ideas with international business leaders, demonstrating the company’s commitment to advancing cross-border e-commerce development.
