MB Bank (Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank) is one of the largest and most reputable joint-stock commercial banks in Vietnam and is an enterprise under the Ministry of National Defence. The bank provides a comprehensive range of financial services for both individual and corporate customers and is recognized for its modern digital banking platform.


As part of MB's new customer acquisition strategy, the campaign's objective was to increase the number of users aged 18 and above who successfully completed account verification on the mobile application. The challenge for the brand was not only to drive app installations but also to optimize the actual eKYC completion rate in an increasingly competitive digital financial services landscape.
